| 目的 探讨疾病诊断相关分组临床路径在某些疾病中应用的可行性。方法 以病历首页记录的患者信息为基础数据，分析符合入选条件的病历的住院日、费用等指标。结果 在HD23或HD25、GC25疾病诊断相关分组中，不同ICD诊断疾病的平均住院日指标差异无统计学意义，费用的各指标差异不大。结论 在疾病诊断相关分组的框架下，部分诊疗过程相似的疾病适合使用临床路径，减少医生的工作负担。 |

Objective
To investigate the feasibility of DRGs clinical pathway application. Methods Collecting data from medical records，and analyzing the index of average length of stay and medical costs based on the patients‘ information in the first page of medical record. Results In group HD23，HD25 and GC25，the index of average length of stay has no significant difference between among diseases. There is not much difference among medical costs of different diseases. Conclusion Under DRGs，some diseases，which have some treatment process，group clinical pathway，is appropriate for clinical use. In this way，doctors’ work load can be reduced. |
