完善满意度测评体系 提高医疗服务质量

摘要:

对传统医院满意度测评的问题进行了分析,并通过制定一套完善的测评体系,多种方法、途径相结合,最大程度地采集有效信息,有效控制测量误差,保证调查结果的真实性和可靠性,为医院获得患者对医疗服务的真实评价提供工具保证,通过满意度测评结果的应用,有效提升医疗服务质量。

Abstract:

The defect of traditional hospital satisfaction survey is analyzed. Through establishing a comprehensive evaluation system and combination of various ways and means,most of the valid information is collected and the measurement errors are effectively controlled to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the results and tools, which can help hospitals to acquire patients’ real evaluation of medical services, are effectively controlled to improve medical service quality through satisfaction evaluation results.
