| Following the health system reform, innovations of clinical laboratory construction model were carried out in some districts. Institution for Clinical Laboratory of Chanshu was taken as an example, in which centralized management of clinical laboratory resources was implemented firstly in China. The background, characterizations, valuable and significance of centralized management were analyzed, and problems need to be addressed in the development of clinical laboratory. |
