| ?????? 目的 设计临床科室医师工作量调查问卷，用以测算目前临床科室医师的工作量及所需的医师人数。方法 在工作研究预测法的启发下，采用工作量测算法作为核心研究方法，?以自编问卷作为工时测量的工具。结果 调查结果显示，来自“个人信息”、t患者与t医师 3条路径得出的医师每日工作时间经统计检验，三者均无显著差异。结论 本次研究所编制的临床科室医师工作量调查问卷是科学、可行的。 |

| ???? Objective
To design the questionnaires to measure the workloads and required number of physicians in clinical departments. Methods Using calculation method of workloads as core research methods inspired by the work hours’ forecasting method，and self-compiled questionnaires as a tool for measuring working hours. Results The statistical tests of physician working hours per day from 3 paths showed no significant differences. Conclusion The questionnaires for measuring clinical departments physicians’ workloads are scientific and feasible. |
