Bed is the cell of hospital management，whose operation has direct link to the overall development of the hospital. Therefore, bed management system has a significant role to play in the innovation of hospital management and the insurance of hospital safety. Whereas, there will inevitably be some abnormalities in the clinical process, such as bed oversight, bad timing, distortion, anomie, dishonesty and failure, etc. According to the six types of abnormalities that may appear in the current bed management process, in-depth analysis has been made and corrective measures have been put forward to prompt effective bed management and continuous safety quality improvement.
