| 目的 了解全国医院手术室安全管理现状。方法 对全国3个经济层的36家代表性医院进行问卷调查及深入访谈。结果 手术室在人员配置、规章制度建设、手术室布局、设备配置、手术操作环节等仍有问题存在。结论 医院手术室应合理配置人力资源，提高护理人员专业素质；建立健全手术室规章制度并且要严格监督执行；科学地改进手术室布局流程；合理配置手术室设备；加强在术前评估和病人识别方面的工作；完善差错报告系统，提高病人安全。 |

Objective
To understand the status of the national hospitals operating room safety management. Methods By using surveys and in-depth interviews，36 representative hospitals are studied and divided by the national economic to 3 levels. Results There are still many problems on the operating room personnel，rules and regulations，operating room layout，device configuration and the operation. Conclusion Rational allocation of the hospital’s human resources on the operating room should not only be done，but also the quality of professional nursing be improved；the rules and regulations be established and improved，and the implementation of them be strictly monitored；operating room layout be scientifically improved；the operating room equipment be rationally allocated； the preoperative evaluation and patient identification work be strengthened；and error reporting system be completed，and patient safety be improved. |
