| Medical adverse event control is the important part of improving medical quality and ensuring patients’ safety. An analytical framework was constructed through the study of adverse events occurred in general hospitals, to construct the 4 dimensions of types, causes, effects and the backgrounds and to plot the structure diagram form in order to take targeted management measures. |
