| The talent team construction of fundamental health institution is vital important, the software is fundament, and the hardware is foundation in the medical and health system reform. This study puts forward an idea of using the method of social financing to train rural general practitioner in order to attract graduates to the fundamental health institution; to increase technical levels of present fundamental medical team; and to achieve overall goal of training 300,000 general practitioners in 2020. |
