Objective
To discuss the effective approach to systematically control medicine cost in the hospital. Method Controlling the medicine cost by the means of pharmaceutical centralized supply reformation and combination measures based on systematically and analyzing the medicine cost. Result The medicine cost in the hospital would be 25% off. The medicine comprehensive cost would be decreased effectively. Conclusion Innovative approach is needed to decrease the medicine cost. Cost-effectiveness consciousness for all staff in the whole process of medicine management is needed. |
