目的
探讨妇产科住院医师第二阶段考核方式的合理性、科学性，比较二级与三级医院、基地与非基地、不同学位层次考核结果的差异性，为科学的进行住院医师培训提供了一定的依据。方法 对参加妇产科第二阶段临床技能考核的人员及考核结果进行分析及统计学处理。结果 从考核通过率、妇科肿瘤和产科病例分析及辅助检查单项成绩比较可以看出，硕士、博士高于学士，基地高于非基地，三级医院高于二级医院。结论 妇产科住院医师第二阶段技能考核，基本覆盖北京地区的医院。普通妇科、妇科肿瘤、产科病例分析及辅助检查的考核方式有效，能够反映住院医师的临床能力水平，针对住院医师培训的薄弱环节，非基地住院医师应有选择性地进入基地进行培训。 |

Objective
To analyze how rationality and scientificness are the tests for obstetrics and gynecology residents in second stage. Test results from residents in hospitals at level two and level three, in base hospitals and non-base hospitals, and at different degree level are analyzed so as to provide support to scientific tests. Method Statistic analysis is done on the clinical skill test participants for obstetrics and gynecology in second stage and their test results. Result As to the pass rate, and the single test result in gynecologic oncology and obstetrical case study and laboratory examinations, the results from hospital at level three are better than those from hospital at level two, the results from base hospitals are better than those from non-base hospitals, and the results from master’s and doctoral degree are better than those from undergraduates. Conclusion The tests for obstetrics and gynecology residents in second stage can cover all the hospitals in Beijing area. The tests on laboratory examination and case study in general gynecology, gynecologic oncology, obstetrics can rationally evaluate the clinical ability of the residents. The residents in non-base hospitals should be selected and trained in base hospitals. |
