| The paper intends to understand the purpose，pattern and problems in implement of physician payment reform in Medicare and models of payment system reform in USA through the introduction to different payments，including pay for performance，episode-base payment，accountable care organizations and patient-centered medical home，which could be referred by public hospital payment reform in China. |
