| From a strategic perspective，with the strategic performance management to the hospital for the study，the design of strategic performance in the hospital and its performance evaluation system of the hospital’s role in promoting implementation of the strategy are explored.Performance evaluation strategy for the hospital has been designed，and a model of hospital strategic performance management is proposed to build a strategic model and hospital strategic performance measurement system. |
