| 在静态的长期手术计划中,由于存在很多不确定性因素影响,使其很困难在实际中应用。文章提出一种动态三层手术计划排程,最上层为滚动资源分配模型,用线性规划模型为各科室合理分配手术室资源;中层采用多目标线性规划模型制定动态主手术计划;底层为在线调整模型,当意外情况出现时对动态手术计划进行调整。并结合某大型综合医院实情提供了数值算例,算例结果证明了模型的有效性。 |

In the long-term static surgery plan, because a lot of uncertainty factors, make it difficult to practice. The three levels of dynamic surgery scheduling model are represented, the top level is a resource allocate model, and the linear programming is used to allocate the resource to each department. The middle level built a multi-objective linear programming model to build master surgeries. The law level is an on-line adjustment model, adjusting the operation schedule when the accident happens. In addition, a numerical example is provided based on a large-scale integrated hospitals, and the result of the example proves the effectiveness of the model. |
