| To strengthen the intellectual properties management of hospitals attached to medical colleges has fundamental strategic importance to both establishment of creative country and the sustainable development of the hospital itself. Through analyzing the current major issues，countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to the intellectual properties management of these hospitals. |
