通过对文献、资料的分析以及专题组的讨论，发现目前对于医师定期考核存在将工作走过场、将医师定期考核工作理解为考试或者是一种“运动式”的管理等几种认识上偏差。医师定期考核制度的定位应该明确为行业管理职能，并进一步明确了医师定期考核制度的重点对象应该为考核周期内或存在一些不当行为的医师，或未完成规定的继续医学教育的医师。 |

| The medical practitioner regular evaluation system is analyzed by literature analysis and focus group discussion. Some understanding deviations exist in the system，such as a mere formality，only matter of an exam or acampaign-management.The location of the system should be clear to industry management functions,and further focused on physicians with certain improper behaviors or physicians who do not complete the continuing medical education，or who are in the evaluation period or are not qualified. |
