| Reporting of medical adverse events is an important measure to prevent recurrence of adverse events and improve the quality of medical care. Through starting with policies about medical adverse event reporting system, existing medical adverse event reporting system is summarized and analyzed, the characteristics and defects are summed up, and the prospect of improving the reporting system of adverse events is made. |
