| 围绕着医师管理法制化、标准化、常态化的发展趋势，有必要构建“政府监管、行业管理、保险引导和医院内控”的医师管理新框架，发挥医疗机构作为雇佣方的人力资源管理职能，确立医师协会在医师管理上的主导地位，引入医疗保险机构介入医疗过程管理，强化医师管理信息资源的整合利用，构建医师的成长平台和正向激励机制。 |

| In order to adapt the legalization，standardization，normalization trends of medical practitioner administration，we should develop a new framework of “government regulate，industry management，insurance guidance，hospital internal control’，which includes establishing medical association dominant position on medical practitioner administration，introduction of medical insurance involved in medical management，strengthening the information integration of different departments，and building growth platform for physician. |
