| 目的 研究盲点调查和现场督查在基层医疗机构临床检验质量管理中的作用及影响因素。方法 对上海市某区20家基层医疗机构临床检验科基本情况和质量状况进行调查，采用Logistic回归分析影响盲点调查成绩和现场督查结果的主要因素。结果 盲点调查和现场督查比室间质评能更客观地反映基层医疗机构临床检验质量，影响盲点调查和现场督查成绩的主要因素分别为室内质控专业数和室间质评专业数。结论 建立健全盲点调查和现场督查制度，完善室内质控和室间质评体系，对提高基层医疗机构检验质量具有重要意义。 |

| Role of Scotoma Survey and On-site Inspection in the Quality Management of Clinical Laboratories |

| Objective To investigate the role and influencing factors of scotoma survey and on-site inspection in the quality management of clinical laboratories in primary health care institutions.Methods 20 primary health care institutions in a district of Shanghai were enrolled in the study. Data were collected by questionnaires from clinical laboratories of those institutions.The factors that would affect the scotoma survey and results of on-site inspection were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results Scotoma survey and on-site inspection are better than the external quality assessment results for reflecting the quality of clinical laboratories in primary health care institutions.The number of items under the internal quality control and of items participated in the external quality assessment was the most important factor that affected the scotoma survey score.Conclusion Establishment of the scotoma survey and on-site inspection system，and enhancement of the internal quality control and external quality assessment,are helpful for the improvement of quality management of clinical laboratories in primary health care institutions. |
