目的
? 探讨医护人员心理契约满足的内容结构,了解医护人员心理契约满足的维度,加强对医护人员心理契约管理。方法? 对294名临床科室医护人员进行心理契约问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果? 医护人员心理契约满足为三维结构。发展责任,对总变异的贡献率为46.010%;规范责任,对总变异的贡献率为8.797%;人际责任,对总变异的贡献率为6.888%。表明该量表可靠性良好,也充分表明了心理契约量表的维度具有文化特性。结论?量表可靠性良好,充分表明了心理契约量表的维度具有文化特性,对医院人力资源管理具有指导性意义,有助于提升医院管理水平。 |

To discuss? the medical staff’s Psychological Contract meets the content structure, and to understand medical staff’s Psychological Contract dimension of satisfaction, strengthening management of medical staff’s Psychological Contract.Methods Investigating 294 clinical department medical staff questionnaire survey for the psychological contract, and for statistical analysis. Results Health care professionals to meet the psychological contract as a three-dimensional structure. Development of responsibility, contribution to the total variation 46.010%; standard, variation of the total contribution rate of 8.797%; interpersonal responsibility to the variation of the total contribution rate of 6.888%. Conclusion? It is Indicated that the scale is also full of good reliability, demonstrated the psychological contract scale dimension with cultural identity. This study on human resource management, with guiding significance can help improve the management level. |
