| A few basic contradictions in the implementation of physician multi-sited licensed process of public hospitals are explicated, the impact of physician multi-sited license on public hospitals is explored, and rational suggestions are proposed，including disentangling the related interest groups and establishing risk-sharing mechanism, establishing comprehensive performance appraisal system and creating talent growth atmosphere, exploring multi-sited license of medical collectivization and realizing win-win situation, and improving the two-way referral system and ensuring medical safety. |
