| 以国外实验室质量管理的最新经验为基础，提出一种识别实验室关键过程质量指标，并制定不同医疗环境下其所对应的质量规范的方法。要求参与实验室每2个月提供1次其实验室当期的质量指标数据，并以中位数为初步规范。共识别了12项关键过程质量指标，其中分析前3项，分析中4项，分析后5项，并制定了相应的规范。我国临床实验室质量管理应给予分析前和分析后质量指标更多的关注。 |

| A way to indentify quality indicators for key process in clinical laboratories, as well as set the corresponding specifications for medical center of different levels，was proposed based on the state-of-art experience of quality management in foreign countries. All the participating laboratories were required to submit their latest data of quality indicators every two months, and the median values were set as the preliminary specifications for each indicator.12 indicators were indentified, including 3 for pre-analytical process, 4 for analytical process and 5 for post-analytical process. And the specifications were set. More attention should be paid to quality indicators for pre- and post-analytical process in China. |
