| 在近几年医保覆盖面提高使医疗需求量增大和医院自身管理改善的背景下，广东省县级医院收入、结余、工作量和技术水平都有了较大幅度的提高。医院已经在现有形势下寻找到了一条生存发展的道路，但是这条道路存在经营风险大、医疗费用上涨和医保支付压力不断加大等问题。 |

| In recent years，by the improvement of medical insurance coverage and hospital management，the income，balances，workload and technical level of Guangdong Province county-level hospitals have been greatly improved and enhanced in last few years. The hospital has in the existing situation found a survival and development of the road，but this road also causes business risks，rising medical cost，insurance payment pressure increasing and so on. |
