| Under the various convenient conditions of templates from Electronic Medical Record(EMR)，the connotative quality of records is becoming difficult and important for quality control of records.Under the summarization of quality control gaps of EMR，and it is suggested that the electronic clinical path management system can improve the connotative quality of records on implementing effects. |
