| 目的 根据合理用药国际指标和补充指标调研，分析门诊合理用药情况。方法 用合理用药国际指标和补充指标，对白银市第一人民医院2010年1—12月门诊处方进行调研，并统计、分析。结果 平均每张处方用药品种数为3.04种，抗菌药物使用率为25.82%，注射剂使用率为22.11%，通用名使用率为98.47%，抗菌药物的金额占处方总金额的百分率为28.81%，处方平均金额为47.65元。结论 采用合理用药国际指标评价医院门诊用药基本合理。 |

| Investigation and Research of the International Index of Rational Drug Use in Outpatient Prescription |

| Objective To research the retionall use of drug in outpatient prescription according to the international index and supplemental index of rational use of drug.Methods Based on the insternational index and supplemental index of rational use of drug，all outpatient prescriptions from Jan. to Dec.2010 were investigated and analyzed.Results 3.04 kinds of drugs in average were used in outpatient prescription，25.82% of the prescriptions adopted antibacterials drug，22.11% adopted injection，98.47% use the kind of drug with common name，the sum of antibacterial drugs took up 28.81% of the total prescription amount，and the average sum is 47.65 yuan.Conclusion The outpatient drug use is generally appropriate in accordance with the international index of drug use. |
