通过文献分析和深度访谈医疗领域各方对医疗事故技术鉴定的观点，同时搜集武汉市典型医疗事故技术鉴定案例，以期了解当前医疗事故鉴定制度中委托方选择存在的问题，及其对鉴定结论的影响，从而针对问题探索改善鉴定制度的良好建议：（1）鉴定申请方式多样化；（2）增加医患沟通环节；（3）实行医疗事故责任保险制度。 |

| Through analyzing the relevant documents，collecting all kinds of standpoints in medical treatment about medical dispute and medical negligence appraisal by means of expert consultation，collecting typical medical negligence appraisal cases in Wuhan，we can find out the problems of entrusting party of medical negligence appraisal and the influence on conclusion of medical negligence appraisal，and then investigate better suggestions for to improving the system:（1）diversifying appraisal application methods，（2）building the link of doctor-patient communication，（3）implementing malpractice insurance system. |
