目的 打造可靠的医院信息系统，保障医院业务连续性。方法 在中山大学附属第三医院，建立异地容灾系统，创建服务器集群，采用双冗余技术以及完善规章制度，防范存储故障、服务器网络设备故障、人为错误以及自然灾害等风险。结果 通过信息系统建设，提高了医院信息系统的可靠性，进而保障了医院业务连续性。结论 使用信息技术和完善管理，防范信息系统安全风险，是医院业务连续性运行的重要保证。 |

Objective
To build a reliable hospital information system to ensure hospital business continuity. Methods In The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, we established remote tolerant system, server cluster, double redundancy and improved regulations to prevent storage failure, server network equipment failure, human error natural disasters risks，and so on. Results Through the information system construction, the reliability of hospital information system has been improved, which guarantees the hospital business continuity. Conclusion Precaution of the information system safety risk, by using information technology and improvement management, is the important guarantee of hospital business continuity. |
