| The medical care personnel provide hospital service for most of the part，while the finance staff in hospital offer various related services as well.Therefore，it is necessary to improve the service level and working quality of the hospital finance staff.The analysis of the relationship between the hospital services and the ISO certification supports that through the introduction of ISO certification and construction of ISO quality management system，the hospital can improve financial management quality and the service level of hospital finance staff. |
