| 摘要: |
| 目的 实施临床用药督导制度，规范医院合理用药。方法 随机抽取医院每个病区现住院患者4～5份病历，依据选药评价、药动学指标、联合用药及药效学指标进行临床用药督导和评价。结果 临床用药督导制度可以遏制不合理用药现象，医疗收入结构得到调整，促进临床路径的实施，密切了医、药、护三者的关系。结论 临床用药督导工作具有导向性、前瞻性、科学性、可推广性和可操作性，既是提高医疗质量的有效措施，也是解决人民群众“看病贵”的有效手段。 |

Objective
To practice the supervision and direction system of clinical medication to standardize the rational medication in hospital. Methods Every 4 to 5 copies of inpatients were collected from each ward to supervisor and directed the clinical medication by evaluating the selected drugs, pharmacokinetic indexes, drug combination, and pharmacody-namic indexes. Results The supervision and direction system limits non-rational use of drug, makes clear the medical income construction, promotes the process of clinical approach and closes the relationship in therapy, medication and nursing. Conclusion The supervision and direction system of clinical medication is guiding, prospective, scientific, generalizing and maneuverable. It is the effective measure to improve the medical quality, to reduce the medical cost,it and plays an important role in the hospital development. |
