Medical complaints divided into withdrawal complaints and non-withdrawal complaints provide practical value to deal with unsatisfied complaints, which are related to medical humanistic service.Its main characteristic is to offer complainant a chance to deal with medical complaint,so initiative is returned to the accused that urge the accused learn to handle medical complaints,to improve disadvantages in practice and to promote medical humanistic service quality,medical communication ability and integrate satisfaction of patients. |
