| 在医疗行业中，医务人员是医疗事业健康发展的中坚力量，是新医改过程中的重要推动因素，其医疗行为关乎患者的健康和生命，由于服务对象的特殊性及差异性，医学研究和医疗服务的复杂性。因此，医生在行医过程中应严格遵循依法行医（行医的原则性）、人文行医（行医的灵活性）和科学行医（行医的科学性）3条原则。对3条行医原则作了深入的分析和思考，并从实际出发，提出相应的能力培养措施，供医务人员在行医过程中作参考。 |

| In medical industry, medical personnel is the nucleus of the development of medical industry and is the important promoting factor in the process of new health care reform. Medical personnel’s behavior is related with patients’ health and life. Because of the particularity and difference of service objects, and the complexity of medical research and service, three principles in doctor practice should be obeyed, including legal treatment, which is the principle of medical practice, humanistic treatment, which is the flexibility of medical practice, and scientific treatment, which is the scientificness of medical practice. Three medical practice is deeply analyzed and thought, and some related training measures are proposed practically, to provide references for medical personnel in medical practice. |
