| 目的 考察安徽省护理管理人员的心理控制源、应对方式和主观幸福感之间的关系，探讨护理管理人员心理控制源及主观幸福感的中介因素。方法 对151名安徽省护理管理人员进行了内控性、有势力的他人和机遇量表、简明应对方式问卷、总体幸福感量表的测量。结果 (1)内在控制与积极应对成正相关，心理控制源的机遇成分与消极应对得分呈正相关；(2)应对方式中的积极应对与主观幸福感得分呈显著正相关；(3)内控者与主观幸福感呈正相关，而认为由他人决定自己命运者与主观幸福感成负相关；(4)内控性与积极应对可以预测主观幸福感；(4)积极应对是心理控制源的内控性预测主观幸福感的中介变量。结论 内控者较常采取积极应对方式，其在心理控制源影响主观幸福感中发挥中介作用。 |

| Mediator Analysis of Locus of Control and Subjective Well-being of Nursing Managers in Anhui Province |

| Objective
To examine the relationship among locus of control，stress coping and subjective well-being of nursing managers in Anhui Province；and to explore mediator factors of mediator analysis of locus of control and subjective well-being of nursing managers.Methods 151 nursing managers in Anhui Province were measured with index of internal control，powerful others and chance questionnaire，simplified coping style questionnaire and general well-being schedule. Results (1)There was a significant positive correlation between internal control and positive coping style while chance was positively related to negative coping.(2)Positive coping style was positively related to subjective well-being.(3)There was a positive correlation between internal control and subjective well-being.Powerful others were negatively related to subjective well-being.(4) Positive coping style and internal control could predict the subjective well-being.(5)Positive coping was the mediator between the internal control and subjective well-being.Conclusion Internal control person was more likely to be positive.Positive coping style is a partial mediated factor in the relationship between internal control and subjective well-being. |
