| 目的 了解陕西省县级及以上医疗机构医务人员的工作状况及存在问题，提出改善医务人员工作环境的政策建议。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样方法，抽取1 650名医务人员并进行问卷调查。结果 医务人员整体文化程度偏低，工作时间过长，月均收入偏低，执业环境状况有待改善。结论 采用多种手段，提高医务人员整体文化水平，减少医务人员工作时间，增加医务人员月均收入，改善医务人员执业环境。 |

Objective
To analyze the working conditions and the problems of medical staffs in medical institutions at and above county level in Shaanxi Province. Methods Selecting 1 650 medical staffs by using a multi-stage random sampling and conducted a questionnaire survey to them. Results The overall education level of medical staff is very low, working hours of the medical staff is too long, and the average monthly income is too low. Besides these, working conditions need to be improved.Conclusion Various measures should be taken to improve the overall education level, to reduce working hours, to increase the average monthly income, and to improve the working conditions of medical staff. |
