基于耗散结构的特征分析,阐释医院学科建设符合耗散结构的开放性、远离平衡态、非线性相互作用和涨落的四大特点。提出面对不断变化着的外部环境, 医院学科建设应遵循耗散结构形成的特征，采取开放式思维、差异化定位，及时把握和充分利用各种非线性作用下的涨落， 积极创造各种有利于学科形成和健康发展的条件，推动学科建设不断地进化与发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the analysis of the characteristics of dissipative structure, four characteristics of open, being far away from equilibrium, interaction with non-linear interaction and fluctuation, are explored. It is proposed that the discipline building of a hospital is in consistent with the system of the theory. In order to develop and improve discipline building and to face the ever-changing outer environment, hospitals should take an open-minded gesture and make full use of the fluctuations in non-linear interactions. |
