| 近年来我国麻醉学科飞速发展，但综合性医院麻醉科的发展却相对滞后，造成这一现象的主要原因在于，目前我国综合性医院麻醉科的功能尚缺乏一个准确的定位。在分析我国综合性麻醉科内外部环境变化的基础上，结合新时期综合性医院麻醉发展的要求，提出我国综合性医院麻醉科功能与定位。 |

| The anesthesiology development in general hospital relatively lags behind in recent years，while the anesthesia discipline developing rapidly in China.The main reason that can account for this phenomenon is the lack of an accurate positioning for anesthesiology function in most of comprehensive hospitals in China. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment changes of anesthesiology in this new era and the requirements of the development of comprehensive hospital anesthesia, the function and orientation of the anesthesiology in comprehensive hospitals are put forward. |
