| The performance evaluation index system is the key factor to the performance evaluation system of functional departments of a hospital. Through considering the existing problems of performance evaluation systems in a first class hospital and the experiences that we have，it is suggested to build up a preliminary performance evaluation system by using a balanced-record card from 4 aspects，including customer evaluation，performance manifestation，internal management，and learning and improvement. |
