| 大型综合医院是我国医疗系统的骨干力量，其改革也是国家深化医药卫生体制改革的重点，医院内部控制能够提升大型综合医院管理的规范化和科学化水平。通过对大型综合医院内部控制建设的理论基础和存在的普遍问题进行梳理和分析，提出了其内部控制制度构成和具体内容设计的思路与方法。 |

| The large general hospital is the framework strength of medical treatment system in China，which is also the point object that the nation medicine health system reform deeply.Internal control system can promote the large general hospital management level.The module，content，design thinking and method of internal control system are proposed on the basis of the analysis of he foundation theories of internal control construction and existent widespread problems in large general hospital. |
