| 为了解湖北省二级及以上医院信息技术的应用状况，为制定医院信息化建设“十二五”规划提供参考依据，采用普查的方法对湖北省二、三级医院进行问卷调查。结果表明：湖北省二级及以上医院都不同程度地应用现代信息技术，实现业务流程优化，提高医疗服务质量，但对新技术的应用较少，政府及医院应当重视其应用，加大资金等方面的投入力度，使其更好地为临床和医院管理提供决策支持。 |

| Abstract: |
In order to understand the current status of information technology application condition in Hubei Province, and provide reference for plans of hospital informationization construction in the Twelfth Plannin，a questionnaire survey was applied in the second and third level hospitals in the province. The second and third level hospitals in Hubei Province have varying degrees of application of modern information technology, so as to realize business process optimization and improve the medical service quality. However, the application of new technology is not widely.So government and hospital should pay attention to its applications, and increase capital and other investment to provide decision support for clinical and hospital management. |
