| 目的 对实行家庭医生的可行性进行探讨。方法 参考国外实行家庭医生的经验和做法，结合国内城市医生资源的现状，以江苏省扬州市为例，探索在城市实行家庭医生责任制的具体思路。结果 城市医生数量充足，可以考虑由年轻主治医师担任家庭医生，由居民选择注册；家庭医生的工作方式以电话和网络为主，必要时也需提供上门服务；对家庭医生要加强监督和管理。结论 在家庭医生的分诊作用下，病人将得到合理分流，“看病难、看病贵”问题有望得到解决。 |

Objective To discuss the feasibility of carrying out family doctor system.Methods Exploring the ideas of putting family doctor system into practice by studying the overseas experience and according to medical actuality in Chinese cities.Yangzhou City is an instance to research it.Results In Chinese cities，the resource of doctors is abundant，young attending doctors can shoulder the responsibility of family doctors.Wording style of resident doctors mainly lays in telephone and internet，and service at home should be provided when necessary.Doctors at home should be supervised and managed.Conclusion Patients will select the proper site to see doctors，and the problem that medical treatment is difficult and expensive might be solved. |
