| 目的 探讨病种导向单元组前出模式(DGPM)在院前急救(FA)中的应用效果。方法 以常规模式为对照组,观察研究组实施DGPM后FA反应速度、救治规范性、临床效果指标的变化,2组各随机抽取100例病例,调查满意度变化,并采用多元逐步Logistic回归探讨满意度影响因素。结果 研究组到达—处置时间、发病—离院天数明显缩短(P＜0.05)，现场处置率、处置规范性和病情缓解程度显著提高(P＜0.05)；满意度显著改善(P＜0.05)，满意度影响因素为到达—处置时间、处置规范性和病情缓解程度。结论 DGPM适应FA需求,效果明显,值得推广应用。 |

Objective
To explore effects of pre-dispatch mode in unit guided by disease(DGPM) in First Aid (FA). Methods Compared with the conventional pre-dispatch mode, changes of indexes for response speed, treatment standardization and clinical results were observed after implementing DGPM in research group. 100 cases of each group were sampled randomly, satisfaction for FA was investigated, and affecting factors on satisfaction were explored by Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression. Results In research group, arrival-disposal time and days from attack to discharge shortened obviously(P＜0.05), and disposal rate on-site, standardization of disposal and degree of illness-remission increased significantly(P<0.05). Satisfaction is improved noticeably(P<0.05). Effecting factors on satisfaction included arrival-disposal time, standardization of disposal and degree of illness-remission. Conclusion DGPM meets needs of FA, has brought obvious effects, and is worthy to be applied and popularized. |
