目的
加强临床输血的规范操作,提高临床护士输血过程中的执行力,保证临床输血安全和效果。方法 按照六西格玛质量管理方法的定义、测量、分析、改进和控制5个步骤,对护士执行输血时间的工作质量进行改进。结果 2007年的调查结果显示护士的输血时间执行不符合率明显下降,从51.28%降至12.44%。2008年修订标准进行质量监控,全年执行质量均在控,不符合率最终降低至10.00%以下。结论 应用六西格玛的改进模式,可以有效提高护士的输血执行力,是输血质量和效果的保障。 |

Objective
To strengthen standardized operation of blood transfusion and improve the implementation of blood transfusion within the required time to ensure the safety and effectiveness of blood transfusion. Method It is to use five steps of Six Sigma including definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control to improve the implementation of blood transfusion within the required time. Result The discrepancy rate of blood transfusion in 2007 is obviously reduced from 51.28% to 12.44% after adopting Six Sigma model. In 2008, the quality monitoring protocol is revised and the annual result is always under control,which is lower than 10%. Conclusion Six Sigma model can effectively improve the implementation of blood transfusion to ensure the quality and effectiveness of blood transfusion. |
