目的
调查分析安徽省公立医院医务人员对公立医院改革的意愿情况及其影响因素。方法 采用自行设计问卷，以无记名方式对安徽省4所试点医院和4所非试点医院共
1 140名医务人员进行调查，并运用SPSS13.0统计软件对调查结果进行分析。结果 1 140名医务人员有80%以上人员对相关改革政策有所了解，但对改革具体内容的知晓率偏低；有82.8%的医务人员认为需要进行公立医院改革，并且有77.2%人赞同所在医院参与公立医院改革，不赞同改革的仅占3.2%；医务人员参与公立医院改革的意愿与改革对个人利益产生的影响有关。结论 加大公立医院改革相关政策内容的宣传力度，针对改革意愿对不同人群采取相应的激励手段是推进公立医院改革顺利进行的重要保障。另外，在改革中要注意改革给医务人员带来的利益与成本比较，改善医务人员的收入，拓宽医务人员个人职业发展空间，优化执业环境等将是调动医务人员参与改革积极性的重要措施。 |

| Investigation and Analysis of Willingness to the Pubilc Hospital Reform among Medical Staff in Anhui Province |

Objective To analyze the willingness to the pubilc hospital reform among medical staff and its influencing factors in Anhui Province. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 1140 medical staff from 4 pilot hospitals and 4 other hospitals in Anhui Province anonymously, and SPSS13.0 statistical software was applied to the outcome. Results Surveys on 1140 medical staff indicated that over 80% knew some of the relevant reform policies, but the understanding rate of specific content was low；82.8% thought that the public hospital reform was necessary, 77.2% were in favor of public hospital reform in their institutions, and only 3.2% disagreed that.The willingness of the participation in public hospital reform was related to the influence of the reform on individual interests. Conclusion Enlarging the propaganda strength of public hospital reform related policy content and taking the appropriate incentives to the groups with different reform willingness,should be the important formula to promote the public hospital reform to carry on smoothly. In addition，attention should to paid to the benefit and cost comparison of the medical staff in the reform. Improving the income of medical staff,to broaden their career development space and optimize the working environment and so on will be the important measures to mobilize medical staff to participate in the reform enthusiasticly. |
