| 现今，医院人事制度改革正在稳步地推行中，岗位设置的管理实施是人事制度改革的一项重要的基础性工作，对促进医院人事管理向医院人力资源管理转变具有重要意义。从工作实际出发介绍了医院实施岗位设置的重要性，包括其是医院人事制度改革的要求，是医院收入分配制度改革的要求，是提高医院人才素质的必然结果。同时，对医院在实施岗位设置工作过程中存在的问题、做法进行了有益思考。 |

| Nowadays, personnel system reform in hospitals improves steadily.Post setting in the implementation of the personnel system reform is an important basic work,which has significant meaning in promoting hospital personnel management changing into human resource management. The importance of post setting in hospitals is introduced，including meeting the requirement of personnel system reform and income distribution system reform，and the inevitable outcome of improving staff’quality.Meanwhile，the problems，practices and the production of post setting in hospitals are thought. |
