| 现有的医疗纠纷解决途径不能很好地满足医患双方的需要，促使各地探查一种高效低廉的解决途径。第三方介入解决医患纠纷，即医疗纠纷调处第三方援助机制在我国为数不少的地方进行了探索。作为原有纠纷解决方式的一种补充，这种机制在化解医患纠纷方面发挥了不容忽视的巨大作用，受到了医患双方和社会的肯定，符合我国目前构建和谐社会和和谐医患关系的时代要求。 |

| Current medical dispute resolvement method can’t satisfy doctors and patients well.So a new effective and cheap method should be explored third-party intervention for resolving disputes between doctors and patients which is also named “third-party assistance” has been piloted medical in a large number of places in China.As a supplement to existing medical dispute resolution，the “third-party assistance” has played a significant role in resolving medical disputes，been welcomed by doctors and patients and been in line with the principle of building a harmonious society and harmonious doctor-patient relationship. However，as a new mechanism，the “third-party assistance” is still in start-up and development stage and facing a number of problems. This paper has described the mechanism and operating results of “third-party assistance”, and analyzed the problems. |
