| Performance feedback is the key to the performance management in hospitals. Achieving the intended purpose of performance management depends on the implementation of effective performance feedback. Optimization programs are proposed, according to some disadvantages of hospital performance feedback, in order to improve the effectiveness of performance feedback. |
