目的 比较分析江苏省8家三级医院及美国3家综合性医院的经济运行数据，了解经济运行中存在的问题。方法 基于平衡计分卡理论框架，进行实证研究。结果 江苏省收益能力提高的同时，仍存在医疗资源分配不均，患者经济负担沉重，医护人员劳动价值未得到体现等现象。结论 建议加大政府投入，完善医疗价格体系和支付制度，医护人员身份向国家公务员靠拢。 |

Objective
To analyzes the economic operation status of 8 public hospitals in Jiangsu and 3 general hospitals in America to address the problems in economic operation. Methods Doing emprical research based on the frame of Balanced Score Card and . Results The results show the raise of the earning capacity, but there still exsists the uneven distribution of medical resources, a heavy financial burden of patients and so on. Conclusion Proposals are made to increase financial assistance efforts, improve the medical pricing system and so on. |
