| 利用6个合理用药国际指标以及TOPSIS法，综合分析和评价了2009年上海市某区12所社区卫生服务中心门诊用药状况。12种社区卫生服务中心门诊处方分析显示：平均药费为77.11元/张，平均药物数为2.30种，抗菌药物费用比例为12.02%，针剂费用比例为12.95%，抗菌药物处方比例为26.27%，国家基本药物使用比例为56.45%。根据C i值分析，社区卫生服务中心的门诊用药基本合理，部分医疗机构门诊用药合理性有待提高。 |

| Through using 6 international indicators for drug use assessment and TOPSIS method, outpatients drug use in 12 community health centers of one district in Shanghai in 2009 was analyzed and evaluated. Analysis of clinical prescrpition in 12 community health centers shows that average medical cost is 77.11 yuan per bed，the average number of medicine kind is 2.30，the ratio of antibacterial agents is 12.2%，the ratio of injection is 12.95%，the ratio of antibacterial agents prescription kind is 26.27%，and the utilization ratio of national basic medicine is 56.45%.According to the value of Ci, the drug use in outpatient care in community health centers of the district was basically rational and some community health centers need improving in their rational use of drugs. |
