| Hospital ethic committee comes into being in order to solve ethic prolems in clinic scicntific research and to make doctor-potient relationship harmounious.By reviewing ethic committees’ emergence and development courses in recent years，the main functions are introduced, some important problems about organizing and operating are explored, and some countermeasures are proposed in order to provide references for the popularization and development of hospital ethic committee. |
