| Based on literature study and on-the-spot investigation, medical quality regulatory system at home and abroad are compared, and the structure of medical quality supervision system is proposed. In the new medical quality regulatory system, the governmental departments concerned will play the leading role, and the authorized regulatory agency, medical insurance agency and other social supervision organization will cooperate and jointly regulate medical quality. |
