| The implementation of the non-accompany nursing is summarized,negative effects and challenges，which this model may bring，are analyzed.With emphasis on unadjustable human resources quantity and structure, enthusiasm shortage of nursing team, imcomplete hospital nursing support system, unreasonable charging mechanism, suggestions are given from the macro and micro angle, including exploration of reasonable charge mechanism, development of community nursing, nursing staff grading used under the premise of quantity increase, using incentives to strengthen the enthusiasm of nursing staff, construction of hospital nursing information system, and the cohesion between accompany and no-accompany nursing. |
