| 将AP-DRGs系统中使用的ICD-9-CM编码和我国目前应用的ICD-10编码进行转换，使其与病例资料编码一致，是AP-DRGs应用的前提条件之一。通过对ICD-9与ICD-10分类系统进行对比，对ICD编码转换方式的选择、ICD编码转换及转换效果进行了探讨，得到在对我国病例进行DRGs分组的过程中ICD编码转换的几种对应关系及相关问题的解决办法，为进一步的分组研究作铺垫。 |

| Converting ICD-9-CM code in the AP-DRGs to ICD-10，which is currently used in China, to make it consistent with the case coding，is one of the prerequisites of AP-DRGs application. By comparing the classification system of ICD-9 and ICD-10, discussing the choice of mode of ICD code conversion, the ICD code conversion process and the efficiency，the author points out that in the patients’ DRGs grouping process, there are several corresponding relationships in ICD code transition and lists out solutions to some related issues of transition, which would pave the way for further study of grouping. |
